Cold Noses Sanctuary is seeking passionate, active individuals to join its voluntary

multi-million dollar renovation to provide life-long, communal care for special needs
animals (dogs, cats, horses, goats, and donkeys).
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight: Ensure the sanctuary strictly adheres to its mission and
actively update long-term strategic plans.
Financial Stewardship: Maintain rigorous oversight of organizational finances,

community on the value of special needs animals.
Resource Development: Commit to an annual, self-determined, meaningful
financial pledge through personal donation or fundraising.
Active Openings & Specializations
While all members contribute to governance, the board is actively recruiting for two
specific roles:
Treasurer: Manage quarterly bookkeeping via QuickBooks, prepare quarterly
financial statements, and lead budget planning.
Fundraising Chair: Develop short- and long-term fundraising strategies, initiate
capital campaigns for renovations, and drive donor retention.
Engagement Expectations
Active Participation: This is a hands-on, voluntary board heavily involved in
establishing operational protocols and hosting events.
