Vision Impairment
Angelo is a sweet boy, although he starts off a bit shy. He was found in a Philadelphia neighborhood by trappers doing Trap, Neuter, Release. When staff realized this boy had something going on with his eye, they brought him to their vet for further evaluation. It was found that Angelo suffers from Agenesis- a condition where the lateral portion of the eyelid is not formed. This is something he was born with and does not seem to cause him any discomfort. However, it does make him at higher risk of eye injuries and pain so it will have to be watched closely.
